Conversation at the grocery store last night:
Mongo the Bagger Boy: Is that someone famous on your purse?
Me: Yup. That’s Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany’s
Mongo the Bagger Boy: Who?
Me: She’s an old time actress
Cashier: He’s too young to remember her. (Hey-so am I, lady!) He probably doesn’t even know who Daniel Boone is.
Mongo the Bagger Boy: He’s the one that wears the alligator hat?
ACK! At this point I fled the store.

I also had a hornet in my computer room last night. Ew. Besides, it’s the end of the November, shouldn’t they all be gone by now? Anyhow, I bravely slew the hornet while hiding behind the door with my can of hornet spray and then sucked it up with the Dust Buster while looking the other way. I’m cool like that.

I got my itinerary for the Godsmack concert! I can’t wait!! I just hope I can think of something decent to say the band other than “um…*drool*” I think I will go to Hot Topic tonight and find something appropriate to wear.
