You know those sanitary toilet covers they have in public restrooms, can anybody actually use them? Every time I put one on the seat it falls in the toilet before I even have a chance to sit down. TP works so much better. Of course, the mid-air squat is great for my legs.

My trip to D.C. was fun. The weather was lovely, and I got to spend a bit of time outside enjoying it. We went to see the Pens play the Capitals on Tuesday, and the Pens won! Woohoo! I’d hate to spend money to watch them lose.

We ate in this trendy Mexican restaurant on Tuesday night. It looked like one of those places you see on TV, all modern and monotone. The food was yummy, but I have to laugh. I paid $23 dollars for two crab enchiladas-these would cost me $12 here. Plus I still had room for dessert-which was another $7. But it came with a waiter who poured chocolate on top of it right at my table, so I guess that makes up for it. Oh, and they put pumpkin seeds on both my enchilada and my dessert. It was strange to eat ice cream with pumpkin seeds on it.
